Provided is a method for manufacturing a wear resistant slurry conveying longitudinal welded pipe. The method comprises the steps of carrying out decoiling, flattening, shearing and butt welding, looping, edge milling, plate body flaw detection and forming; carrying out high-frequency welding; removing burrs and carrying out flaw detection on welding seams; carrying out analog normalizing treatment on the welding seams; carrying out water cooling; carrying out high-temperature tempering; carrying out air cooling until the temperature is lower than or equal to 200 DEG C; carrying out diameter fixing, size fixing, spray printing and outputting. According to the method for manufacturing the wear resistant slurry conveying longitudinal welded pipe, the heat treatment processes are changed and the heat treatment process parameters are controlled to improve the general mechanical performance of the welding seams, the erosive wearing resistant performance of the welding seams is improved, the erosive wearing resistant performance of the welding seams is improved by more 10% compared with the prior art, and the requirements for erosive wearing resistant performance of the high-frequency longitudinal welded pipe for conveying coal slurry, ore slurry and the like are met by being matched with the wear-resisting properties of a pipe body.
