Supercritical CO2 woodfrog egg oil extracting process

2001
The present invention is the process of extracting woodfrog egg oil. Stoved woodfrog egg is first crushed in a crusher to powder of 10-30 meshes and then extracted inside one sealed supercritical CO2extracting equipment to obtain oil with the extracting conditions including 20-35 MPa pressure and 30-45 deg.C, temperature. The woodfrog egg oil extracted under relatively lower temperature has unsaturated fatty acid no easy to be oxidized, no residual solvent and high quality and is suitable for use as pharmaceutical material.
