Analysis of the 64 Patients with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma in Children

Objective To sum up Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma clinical characteristics in children.Methods Make a retrospective analysis of the clinical manifestation,features,pathology types,and therapy,prognosis of 64cases of Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma in Children.Results Among 64cases,12 cases were in stageⅠ,Ⅱand 52 cases were in stageⅢ,Ⅳ.The first attack symptom is swelling of surface lymph nodes in 38 cases.Mainly pathologic type was lymphoblastic lymphoma,NHL was easy to invade marrow and central nervous system.Conclusions It is easy to make early clinical misdiagnosis,prognosis of NHL relate closely with it clinical stage and the treatment measure.
