Hose bonding method

The invention belongs to the technical field of hose machining and discloses a hose bonding method. Two hoses different in hose diameter are made to communicate in a sleeved manner. The hose bonding method comprises the following steps of machining the inner wall of a bonding section of the first hose and the outer wall of a bonding section of the second hose into rough faces; forming an axial opening in the hose wall of the boding section of the first hose from a hose opening; inserting the bonding section of the second hose into the bonding section of the first hose; radially lifting the second hose at the axial opening, and filling a gap formed between the hose wall of the bonding section of the first hose and the hose wall of the bonding section of the second hose with bonding glue; and resetting the second hose, filling the axial opening with bonding glue, and conducting tight pressing, wherein the length of the axial opening is smaller than the length of the bonding section of the second hose. By means of the hose bonding method, bonding strength and air tightness are improved; the situation that hose chambers are blocked by the bonding glue is avoided; and communicating performance of the hoses is guaranteed.
