Shell fabric with relatively light weight

2017
The invention discloses a shell fabric with a relatively light weight. A textile material comprises yarns and wire cores. The shell fabric is characterized in that the yarns are prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20 to 30 parts of polypropylene fibers, 10 to 40 parts of chinlon, 20 to 50 parts of cotton fibers, 10 to 60 parts of bamboo carbon fibers and 40 to 60 parts of acrylic fibers; the yarns are prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20 parts of polypropylene fibers, 30 parts of chinlon, 45 parts of cotton fibers, 45 parts of bamboo carbon fibers and 45 parts of acrylic fibers; the fineness of the polypropylene fibers is 1 to 3 deniers; and the strength of the polypropylene fibers is 2 to 3g/denier. The polypropylene fibers are the lightest materials in textile fibers, are wearable and do not ball up.
