Sir, We read with interest the article by Calvo, Granizo and Fernandex-Yruegas[1][1] in the May 2005 issue entitled ‘Criteria for arthroscopic treatment of anterior instability of the shoulder’ and would like to raise the following points. First, the authors state that “Open techniques have
