Portable cable pay-off rack

The invention relates to a portable cable pay-off rack which comprises a base. Support rods is connected to the left end face of the base. A push-pull handle is connected between the support rods. Travelling wheels are connected to the right end face of the base. A buffer carrying plate is fixedly connected to the upper portion of the base. A double-inclination right-angle trapezoid support is fixedly connected above the buffer carrying plate. Clamp hooks used in pairs are evenly distributed on the right side of the double-inclination right-angle trapezoid support. A clamp ring is nested into the groove of each clamp hook. The portable cable pay-off rack has the advantages that the pay-off rack is reasonable in structural design, low in manufacturing cost, convenient to move, applicable to paying off of a cable production line, and the like; the pay-off rack is capable of buffering and damping, the impact on the base when a coiling drum is placed on a clamp ring, and the service life of the pay-off rack is prolonged; the multiple rows of clamp hooks provide placing positions of multiple coiling drums, and pay-off requirement of different cables can be satisfied.
