The invention provides a device for achieving shock wave transmission characteristics. The device comprises a container and a rigid vibrating body, the container is internally provided with an insulating base, a planar coil and a water bag which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top in a stacked mode, the water bag is internally provided with liquid, and the rigid vibrating body is arranged between the planar coil and the water bag. The device has the advantages that pulse electric energy is converted into the pulse electromagnetic field through the planar coil, the pulse electromagnetic field generates induced magnetism vortexes for the rigid vibrating body, and the planar coil has the repulsive effect on the rigid vibrating body, so that the rigid vibrating body conducts high speed pulse vibration in the liquid, and thereby liquid molecules are driven to move to generate shock waves.
