The invention discloses a high-efficiency water-saving ultrasonic cleaning device which comprises an upper machine cabinet and a lower machine cabinet with a certain overhead distance in between. A substance to be cleaned is put in the overhead distance, an ultrasonic vibrator is arranged in the upper machine cabinet, a reflecting plate is arranged in the lower machine cabinet corresponding to the ultrasonic vibrator, the reflecting surface of the reflecting plate is in a V-shaped structure, and a cleaning liquid water inlet and a cleaning liquid waterspout are respectively arranged at two opposite sides of the upper machine cabinet and the lower machine cabinet. The high-efficiency water-saving ultrasonic cleaning device adopts the reflecting plate with the reflecting surface in V-shaped structure design so that a reflecting wave generated by reflection is reflected to the lower side of the substance to be cleaned in advance to effectively weaken the second input of the ultrasonic vibrator by the reflected ultrasonic wave and stabilize the disturbance of the load resistance of the reflected wave, not only the upper side and the lower side of the cleaned substance can be efficiently and thoroughly cleaned, but also the waste of cleaning liquid is effectively reduced.
