A combination product comprising: (A) melagatrano or a salt, solvate, or prodrug thereof, wherein the prodrug is of the formula R1O2C?CH2? (R) Cgl?Aze?Pab?OH, where R1 represents C1-10 alkyl or benzyl and the OH group replaces one of the amidino hydrogens in Pab; and (B) a Factor VIIa inhibitor or a salt or solvate thereof, wherein each of the components (A) and (B) is formulated in admixture with a pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvant, diluent or carrier.
