Studies of space charge in PET films by the coupling of TSM and TSDC methods

Studies of space charges in PET films have been performed by coupling two methods: Thermal Step Method (TSM) and Thermally Stimulated Discharge Currents (TSDC). We show the effect of the applied polarisation on the behaviour of the polarisation peak /spl alpha/ of the TSDC spectra.
