intramedullary nail for the treatment of proximal femur fractures, comprising a body (12) elongated having a portion (14) proximal and a portion (16) distal portion having (14) proximal first and second ports (20 , 21) for a screw (22, 23, 24, 25) respective cephalic, each having an axis transverse to the axis (X) of the portion (14) proximal, characterized in that the first hole (20) is divided into two ducts (30, 31) in which the two ducts (30, 31) are adjacent and longitudinally open into one another, so that the first hole (20) has a substantially cross section "eight-shaped", each one of the two ducts (30, 31) having an axis (a, B) corresponding with a relationship predetermined angle to the axis of the second hole (21), and wherein said conduits (30, 31) are arranged to engage selectively by a screw (22, 24) respective cephalic.
