The invention provides a double-layer soft fabric based fireproof tube and a manufacturing method. Aluminum silicate yarns, chromium stainless steel wires and carbon fibers are used as fabric base materials, a woven fabric structure is adopted to form double-layer tubular fabrics having tube diameter difference and connected mutually, a refractory material is filled between the inner-layer tube and the outer-layer tube to produce the fireproof tube, and wires and cables penetrating in the inner tube have protection effect. Optionally, the refractory material is asbestos fiber and aluminum silicate fiber. When the fireproof tube is subjected to high-temperature firing at the flame temperature ranging from 1100 DEG C to 50 DEG C, the difference of the temperature in the tube and the flame temperature can be up to 400+/-50 DEG C to 800+/-50 DEG C. The manufacturing method of the double-layer soft fabric based fireproof tube comprises the steps of 1 doubling and twisting a required number of aluminum silicate/nickel-chromium stainless steel wires according to the design demand and performing warping, sizing and drawing for weaving; 2 respectively quilling weft yarns required by the fireproof tube; 3 selecting a multiple-box loom or a common shuttle loom according to yarn components for weaving; 4 filling the filling material into the position between the inner tube and the outer tube according to the designed filling density after the two tubes are taken down from the loom.
