The present invention discloses a droplet deposition modeling micro jet nozzle tube comprising a fluid, a capillary nozzle base body and teeth; wherein the ring defines a plurality of uniformly distributed teeth in the center capillary nozzle base body, a plurality of teeth of the capillary tip a bottom portion formed around the metal micro-droplet flow channel, an outlet flow channel; an annular tooth gullet between a plurality of capillary nozzle base body; a plurality of capillary fluid tube is positioned above the teeth, which is used to contain molten metal solution; falling molten metal tube is formed from a metal micro-droplet fluid, the metal micro-droplets having a diameter of 50 ~ 200μm. The present invention utilizes the surface tension of the molten metal and the hot capillary phenomenon, the inside of the metal micro-droplet velocity field inhomogeneities, has a certain momentum, to improve the quality of molded metal droplet spreading.
