Качество жизни недоношенных детей, родившихся с низкой, очень низкой и эстремально низкой массой тела, по результатам катамнестического наблюдения в условиях перинатального центра

In order to study the quality of life (QOL) of premature infants studied based GBUZ KR «Kemerovo Regional Perinatal Center of L.A. Reshetova» (RKPC). The study included 295 premature babies, 69 of them with extremely low birth weight (ELBW), 129 with very low (VLBW), and 97 were born with low birth weight (LBW). The analysis QOL was conducted in twelve corrected age of a premature baby (CAPB) on a methodology for assessing the health of children by the criteria of quality of their life. The study shows that children who were under follow-up in a specialized perinatal center and timely performed preventive, curative and rehabilitative measures the quality of life is higher than that of children, outpatient monitoring which was carried out mainly in the district clinics.
