Electric motor car control device and method with super capacitance adapter

The invention relates to a device and a method for controlling an electric motor car provided with a super capacitor adapter. The device comprises a power circuit of the super capacitor adapter for achieving the charge of the super capacitor by a storage battery and the discharge of the super capacitor to the storage battery, a driving control circuit of the super capacitor adapter, and a controller of the super capacitor adopter for acquiring various signals of capacitor voltage and current, outputting PWM, and outputting allowable control signals by an upper bridge arm and a lower bridge arm. The device and the method can improve the starting and the acceleration performances of the electric motor car, prolong the road haul of the electric motor car, and has reliable running, low cost and wide range of application.
