The invention aims at providing a lower limb rehabilitation training aid. The lower limb rehabilitation training aid comprises a rack, feed screw nut mechanisms, a movable plate mechanism, a flexible rope drive device, a tension sensor, a binding device and a turning device. The flexible rope drive device and the feed screw nut mechanism are matched to jointly control motion of a movable platform on the binding device, the tension sensor is installed on a flexible rope, and the turning device is connected with a supporting leg of a trainee. The rack is of a frame structure, through the cooperation of the feed screw nut mechanisms and the flexible rope drive device, on one hand, the control accuracy of a robot is improved, and on the other hand, the flexibility of a robot system is improved. The activity range of rehabilitation training can be improved through the two feed screw nut mechanisms, the training strength of lower limb muscle groups is improved, the layout scheme of the traction flexible rope is facilitated, and the flexibility of the drive strategy is improved. The supporting lower limb stands on the turning device, the motion coordination of the trainee can be enhanced, and the requirements of rehabilitation training are better met.
