Squeeze casting quantitative pouring device and method

The invention discloses a squeeze casting quantitative pouring device. The squeeze casting quantitative pouring device comprises a squeezing cylinder. The squeezing cylinder is sequentially connected with a pouring device and a smelting furnace through a transmission pipeline. A piston type punch pin is arranged in a forming cavity of the squeezing cylinder. A push rod which is driven by an injection mechanism of a casting machine is fixedly connected to the lower portion of the punch pin through a screw. Stepped holes are formed in the center of the punch pin and the center of the push rod in a vertical-through mode. A pressure sensor is arranged in the stepped hole in the punch pin. A sensor wire penetrates through the stepped hole in the push rod, and the pressure sensor is electrically connected with a control device through the sensor wire. The control device is connected with the pouring device through a pouring device wire circuit. The invention further provides a method for conducting quantitative pouring through the squeeze casting quantitative pouring device. The squeeze casting quantitative pouring device and method are simple in structure and convenient to obtain and achieve, meanwhile, the quantization accuracy is greatly improved, casting quality is improved, and the rejection rate is lowered.
