The Kelman and other anterior chamber lenses.

: The advantages and disadvantages of various anterior chamber lenses are presented and compared. In addition, a tendency is detailed to illustrate the increasing frequency of too small a lens being inserted as an operative complication. Lastly, the early results of the new Kelman anterior chamber lens are presented.
