Influência do extrato aquoso da espécie Arrabidaea chica (Pariri) nos parâmetros hematimétricos e leucométricos de camundongos submetidos ao tratamento com metrotrexato

Methotrexate (MTX) is a key agent in the treatment of leukemia. During the treatment many patients develop intense pancytopenia. In Brazil, it has been reported the use of Arrabidaea chica in assist of the leukemia treatment. In this study we investigate the interference of aqueous extract from this plant in MTX-induced hematologic changes in mouse.
