Conclusion: Younger children achieved greater gains following BIM while older children achieved more favourable outcomes following CIMT. While these differences in response based on age and bimanual hand function at baseline were statistically significant, the extent of changes were not clinically meaningful. IPD meta-analysis allows exploration of subgroup responses in this heterogeneous population.
