Возможности эхографии при диагностике метастазов лейомиосаркомы тела матки

The study was based on results of 24 patients with leiomyosarcoma uteri trated at the Russian Cancer Research Center between 1996-2006. We observed that echography of metastasis in patients with leiomyosarcoma uteri is the same as in primary tumor with the prevail of reverberation of reduced intensity. The introducing of supplemental diagnostic tool, echography, allows to correct the diagnosis and to have the objective picture of local spreading of leiomyosarcoma uteri.
