The invention provides an operating method for electrified replacement of double-V double-L insulator chains of an extra-high voltage circuit. The operating method comprises the following steps that a tower cross arm fixture is mounted through a preformed construction hole or a main material at an insulator chain hanging point, and a large tool fixture is mounted through a wire side two-gang plate; a wire lifting device, an insulating pull rod and the tower cross arm fixture are connected to form a mechanical load transfer system of the insulator chains; the contact point of the back of the large tool fixture and the two-gang plate is used as a fulcrum, the wire lifting device is operated to carry out small-distance wire lifting position changing, a large tool fixture operating arm is driven to rotate to drive an action arm to transfer loads on the insulator chains, and the mechanical loads of the insulator chains to be maintained are transferred to the wire lifting device; the insulator chains to be maintained are dismantled. Through the lever principle, the wire lifting device is operated to carry out small-distance wire lifting position changing, so that the large tool fixture operating arm is driven to rotate to drive the action arm to transfer the loads on the insulator chains, the insulator chains can be conveniently and quickly replaced, and the requirement for electrified maintenance of the extra-high voltage circuit is met.
