Билингвизм - двуязычие и бикультурность: история и современность (на материале языков Карачаево-Черкесской республики)

The article investigates the major historical and contemporary aspects of the bilingualism for example langu ages Kabardino-Cherkessia. Based on a comprehensive review of bilingual positions and with different methods of social sciences (history, philosophy, ethno, linguistics, law, etc.) To analyze the process of formation and development of bilingualism and bikultury the IV century to the present day and offered his periodization, identified the main trends. Analyzed the application of scientific and other terms of legal and constitutional norms, concrete proposals aimed at improving and developing bilingualism, including on the legal status and the study of Russian culture, the state language of the Russian Federation.
