La articulación de la diversidad en la escuela: Un proyecto de investigación en curso sobre las “Aulas de Enlace”

This paper shows preliminary results of an ongoing research project entitled Social Integration Strategies and Racism Prevention in Schools . The paper is based upon ethnographic research that pursues two different approaches: fieldwork in the «Aula de Enlace » (Linking Classroom) program in a chartered school in the Community of Madrid, which fieldwork the author started in May 2005, and an institutional analysis of the policy of the Board of Education of the Community of Madrid with regard to diversity in schools.
