Мультицитокиновое исследование слезной жидкости у офтальмологически здоровых лиц пожилого возраста

Tear samples were collected (with no stimulation) from 20 elderly volunteers with out signs of ocular diseases (9 males and 11 females, 56-72 years of age, average 66,5±2,1 years). The cytokines (IL-1b, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, IL-12, IL-13, TNF-α, INF-γ) in each sample of tears were measured using singl-plex cytokine assay (Bio-Plex Assay; Bio-Rad Laboratories). The present study showed that pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines are present in tears of elderly volunteers with out signs of ocular diseases. The obtained data can form a basis for the further researches of a qualitative spectrum and quantitative levels various cytokines of tears at various ocular diseases.
