The invention discloses a preparation method of a mesoporous molecular sieve for haemostasis. The method comprises the following steps: adding dodecylamine into mixed liquor of water and anhydrous ethanol and stirring to obtain mixed liquor; dropwise adding ethyl orthosilicate into the mixed liquor at the dropping speed of 1-2 second per drop, and continuously stirring; carrying out suction filtration and washing; carrying out suction filtration and deeply washing with anhydrous ethanol; carrying out suction filtration and drying to obtain a white powder; adding the white powder into mixed liquor of calcium nitrate and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, and adjusting pH; carrying out suction filtration to obtain a white substance, washing the white substance in deionized water and then washing the white substance in anhydrous ethanol, and carrying out suction filtration; placing the substance which has undergone suction filtration into a drying oven and drying; and calcining after drying so as to obtain HMS-TCP, namely the mesoporous molecular sieve for haemostasis. The HMS has a mesoporous structure, can filter water molecules in body fluid to concentrate platelet and blood coagulation factors and activate the blood coagulation factors. Calcium in TCP can raise activity of some thrombin. Thus, the mesoporous molecular sieve has a haemostasis effect.
