LE SYNDROME DE DEMONS-MEIGS

The authors report a case of Demons-Meigs’ syndrome associ in a 42 years-old woman. This syndrome associate ascitic effusion, pleural effusion and benign ovarian fibrothecoma . The evolution is favourable after total excision of the tumor. The authors underline the clinical, therapeutic and prognosis features of the syndrome.
