The invention discloses a method and a system for controlling breakpoint resume of a set-grade automatic starting and stopping system. The method comprises the following steps: determining that the set-grade automatic starting and stopping system meets a putting condition; sequentially judging whether a feedback signal of each breakpoint meets a pre-set condition of the breakpoint or not from the first breakpoint of the set-grade automatic starting and stopping system; if so, judging the feedback signal of the next breakpoint until the feedback signal does not meet the breakpoint of the pre-set condition; determining that the serial number of the breakpoint which does not meet the pre-set condition is an executable maximum step number of the breakpoint resume of the set-grade automatic starting and stopping system; and executing the breakpoint resume of the set-grade automatic starting and stopping system from the executable maximum step number of the breakpoint resume of the set-grade automatic starting and stopping system. According to the method and the system for controlling the breakpoint resume of the set-grade automatic starting and stopping system disclosed by the invention, the starting and stopping time of a set can be shortened.
