The present invention belongs to the technical field of carbon fibers, and discloses a naphthyl oxazin-based polymer and a naphthyl group and the porous carbon fiber and its preparation method oxazine. The present invention alcoholic hydroxyl naphtho oxazine with an acid chloride reagents under certain conditions prepared by reacting naphthalene benzoxazine acrylate, and then under the action of an initiator, naphtho oxazin acrylate polymerization, to obtain naphtho oxazin-based polymer; subsequently the polymer, and a mixed solvent porogen, was prepared by electrospinning naphtho oxazin-based fiber filaments; the fiber strands at 160-250 deg.] C temperature curing 2 to 5h, and then in 600-1200 ℃, carbonization temperature 60-200min, cooled to room temperature to obtain a benzoxazine-based naphthyl porous carbon fibers. Carbon fiber-carbon residues present invention prepared in high, low shrinkage, carbonation process is simple; multiple stages and having a pore structure, a uniform pore size distribution, can be used in the field of energy storage electrode material.
