Objective:Study of space distribution probability model of gravida and puerperant death cases.Methods:Fitting the Poisson distribution and the negative binomial distribution on gravida and puerperant death cases by space distribution in Kaijiang county 1991-2005 years.Results:Not accord with the Poisson distribution(χ2 =8.43,P0.025),but accord with the negative binomial distribution (χ2=0.84, P0.50) of reality distribution of gravida puerperabt death cases.Conclusion:Prove not random,but have strict gather area of gravida and puerperant death cases in Kaijiang county.This cause it is the rural area medical treatment equipment,gravida and puerperant health workers vocational standard,gravida and puerperant health knowledge deficiency have sth.
