2011
Objective: To explore the diagnosis, surgery treatment and therapeutic effect of soft tissue sarcomas. Methods:Surgical therapies of 256 primary soft tissue sarcoma cases were reviewed retrospectively. These therapies included local resection, radical resection and limb salvage surgery with microwave. After the resections, many adjunctive surgeries were performed to help recovery, such as vascular reconstruction, pedicled free flap transfer, tendon transfer, musculocutaneous flap transfer, etc. Results:Soft tissue sarcoma often appears at the age of 20 to 70 year old(62.11%).The common pathology types are synoviosarcoma, malignant fibrohistiocytoma, liposarcoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, and fibrosarcoma. The 1-,3-,5 year tumor-free survival rates were 83.98 %,75.00 %,63.28 %,respectively. Conclusion:CT,MRI and pathology are main diagnosis methods.Operation is the main treatment, combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
