Диагностическая значимость цитокинов и белков острой фазы в прогнозе развития гнойно-воспалительных осложнений стопы у больных сахарным диабетом

Th ere has been conducted the investigation of the content of infl ammatory cytokines (TNFa, IL1a) and proteins of antiprotease system (a1-antitripsin and a2-macroglobulin) in blood serum in 72 patients with diabetes mellitus. In 34 patients the course of the disease was complicated with purulent-infl ammatory processes of foot. On the base of the data obtained the way of prognosing the development of infectious complications in the present category of patients on the stage of pre-clinical manifestations has been presented. Th is will allow to make the necessary correction in the treatment of the patients with diabetes mellitus with the purpose to prevent development of diabetic foot syndrome.
