Automatic hydraulic steel template set and method for casting tube joint of immersed tube

The invention relates to the field of template equipment for total cross-section integrated precasting of super-huge immersed tubes, in particular to an automatic hydraulic steel template set and a method for casting a tube joint of an immersed tube by using the automatic hydraulic steel template set. The automatic hydraulic steel template set comprises a steel template set and a hydraulic driving system, wherein the steel template set comprises a bottom die, a side die and an inner die; the hydraulic driving system comprises at least three hydraulic jacks and a hydraulic control module; the bottom die, the side die and the inner die are respectively connected with at least one hydraulic jack; the hydraulic control module controls the hydraulic jacks to stretch so as to drive the bottom die, the side die and the inner die. One-time continuous casting operation can be achieved by operating the hydraulic driving system, and operators are greatly decreased; measurement and fine adjustment can be carried out so as to meet the requirement on accuracy; the whole steel template set is not required to be separately detached, the construction period is greatly shortened, and the complicated assembly and disassembly work is avoided.
