Cutis Marmorata Phlebectasia is a rare congenital disorder characterized by persistant erythrocyanotic mottled areas associated with superficial phlebectases with cutaneous atrophy and ulcerations. The anomaly is present at birth. Spontasneous improvement is the rule. Four cases a described with vascular investigations, coloured echodoppler and phlebography. The deep venous tracts we shown to be dilated. Reflux is shown to the superficial veins
