This project was created with the idea of giving the frozen yogurt an Ecuadorian identity, bringing food to keep our culture alive. The reason is that exist in our business like this, but with foreign trend. This project is designed in order to expand the culinary identity, thus creating a sense of belonging to appreciate the national. This plan is based on creating a frozen yogurt shop combining with Ecuadorian typical drinks. Taking advantage of textures, flavors and aromas of our drinks. Besides the consumption of dairy products maintaining high reception from the public, especially in the Metropolitan District of Quito where the project is focused. The proposal is to bring beverages with milk product and get a new value-added product. This project will be located in a mall, in order to be recognized easily by the people who frequent these sites….
