The clinical diagnostic value of CT in patients with solid pseudopapillary tumors of pancreas

Objective To investigate the value of CT diagnosis method and diagnosis of patients with solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas. Methods The test data of solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas in patients with CT test data and pathology in our hospital were summarized,analyzed and compared. Results CT three phases enhanced images in arterial phase and solid tumors showed mild enhancement,and portal venous phase and liver equilibrium phase showed progressive enhancement. The curve of ROC diagnosis results showed AUC = 0. 801( P 0. 05). Conclusion The basis of solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas in patients with CT difference is the pathological features of the different lesions,and CT in diagnosis of diseases before operation has some reference value.
