Portable back scattering imaging inspection equipment and imaging method thereof

The invention relates to portable back scattering imaging inspection equipment and an imaging method thereof. The portable back scattering imaging inspection equipment comprises the components of an equipment housing (1), an X ray source (2), a rotation modulating mechanism (3), a ray detector (4), a motion sensor (5) and a controller (6). The X ray source (2), the rotation modulating mechanism (3), the ray detector (4) and the motion sensor (5) are fixedly arranged in the equipment housing (1). The ray detector (4) is used for receiving scattering signal data on the surface of an inspected object for forming a two-dimensional image. The motion sensor (5) is used for acquiring a three-dimensional spatial motion track and a scanning angle of the equipment in a scanning process. The controller (6) is used for splicing and combining a plurality of two-dimensional images which are received by the ray detector (4) for obtaining the three-dimensional image on the surface of the inspected object according to the three-dimensional spatial motion track and the scanning angle. The portable back scattering imaging inspection equipment and the imaging method thereof realize a better scanning imaging effect on the inspected object with a curved surface or a plurality of irregular surfaces.
