Presented article examines the legal nature of the legal obligation and does not fully conform to today's realities. Some labor relations is "in the shadows" and can not be adjusted properly. Gradually, people realize that the traditional legal responsibility in labor relations is not enough (or not) effective. Reflections of the author on the subject of legal responsibility in labor relations have become the reason for this publication.
