Apparatus for test specimen's tensile and fatigue testing in-situ within sem

2012
The present invention relates to a device for the tensile and fatigue tests of specimens having a structure for measuring tensile and fatigue strengths while efficiently performing a microscopic image observation because it is installed inside a SEM to perform the tensile and fatigue tests of specimens in situ. According to the present invention, the in-situ device for the tensile and fatigue tests of specimens installed inside a SEM comprises: a flat supporting plate (1); an actuator (2) installed in one side of the supporting plate; a stage (3) facing the actuator; a plate (4) connected to the top of the actuator (2) and moving back and forth; a fixing member having a C-shaped cross section which is connected to one side of the stage (3) to face the plate (4); and an operation member (6) having one side close to the fixing member (5) and the other side attached to the plate (4). The operation member (6) is operated by the actuator (2).
