with 90Y Zevalin achieved durable long-term responses (TTP of at least 12 months). Failure to respond to a chemotherapy regimen immediately prior to RIT does not appear to affect the likelihood of achieving long-term responses with 90Y Zevalin. Of these long-term responding patients, a high proportion were age 60 years and had received at least 3 prior therapies. We are currently considering whether we might be able to further improve the durability of RIT response through the use of additional treatment modifiers such as preor post-RIT external beam radiotherapy directed at bulk disease sites.
