The present invention discloses an electronic apparatus and a drive-by-wire bracket assembly. The electronic apparatus comprises: a housing, a bracket unit, and a drive-by-wire unit. The housing comprises a base wall with a slot and a side wall. The bracket unit comprises a connecting bracket and a support bracket. The connecting bracket is arranged on the base wall, and is provided with a first joint portion. The support bracket has a second joint portion that joins the first joint portion, a rod portion, a wire slot, and a first retention portion. The first joint portion and the second joint portion join each other, so that the support bracket can pivotally rotate relative to and form an included angle with the base wall. The drive-by-wire unit comprises a wire winding mechanism with a reel and a limit module, and an adjusting wire with a wire body and a positioning portion, and a control mechanism. The control mechanism is connected with the wire winding mechanism, and is provided with a control member that is disposed on the side wall and that is for a user to operate. The control member can be linked with the wire winding mechanism to adjust the length of the adjusting wire to unfold and fold the support bracket, and meanwhile control the included angle between the support bracket and the base wall. The drive-by-wire bracket assembly provided by the present invention can provide a variety of support modes, and is convenient to be packaged, stored, transported and carried.
