Makine ve Tıbbi Cihaz Kullanan Hastane Çalışanlarının İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliğine Yönelik Algılarının İncelenmesi

There are many medical equipment and machinery use in hospitals. Risk management of these devices is also included in OHS applications. In our study, we aimed to measure the perceptions and awareness of employees related to OHS practices in medical devices and machines used in hospitals. In our research, which is a descriptive type, a questionnaire prepared by researchers to determine the OHS practices in the hospital based on the opinions and awareness of the employees based on the opinions of 4 different specialists, including the A-class OHS specialist 1 person and academician 3, as the data collection tool, and the personal information of the employees. Within the scope of the research, it was determined that the participants had a 54.7% awareness level in machine medical device OHS applications. The effectiveness of OHS practices and trainings, which have a very important place in hospitals, should be questioned again and the practices should be shared with the employees.
