Electrodeposition of silver nanoparticle arrays on ITO coated glass and their application as reproducible surface-enhanced Raman scattering substrate

2011
Abstract In this paper, a double-potentiostatic method is used for preparation of highly efficient and uniform surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) substrate. The method takes advantage of the quick nucleation and slow growth process, yielding silver nanoparticle arrays (NAs) containing large amount of hot spots, which bring about these dense silver NAs for reproducible SERS application.
