Discussion on Strategies in making Full Use of Internet Information Rosources in College libraries

The types and features of Internet information resources are introduced. The problems which college libraries are confronting in exploiting and emloying Internet information resources and the strategies for college libraries to make full use of their own advantages are discussed.
