Expression and contection of 3α-HSD in Different Bacteria by the Induction of Testosterone

3α-HSD(3α-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase) is one kind of steroid dehydrogenase excreted from Comamonas/ Pseudomonas testosteroni.Recombinant plasmid pET-3α-HSD was shifted in parasitifer bacterium BL21(DE3),in this paper,the bacterium could identify correctly expressing 3α-HSD proteinum by IPTG induction.By contrast,C.testosterone was better for detecting the testosterone in the environment,and 3α-HSD was also the key-protein in the detection.
