The present invention discloses an industrial furnace thermal efficiency line monitoring method, comprising the steps of: a period T Acquisition Industrial furnace related operating parameter; moving average period design thermal efficiency was calculated to kT, the k-th computing cycle is calculated real-time thermal efficiency; calculated the (k-1) th calculation cycle industrial furnace accumulated heat as income representing the cumulative weight of the heat income term weight within k cycles: read weighting (k-1) time moving average thermal efficiency, calculating a weighted moving average time k thermal efficiency; repeating the previous step, (k + 1) is calculated sliding time average thermal efficiency, i.e. continuous online analysis thermal efficiency. The method of monitoring effects of such treatment can be effective operating parameters, equipment load, fluctuation metal heat storage, in order to ensure the correct trend of the output, stable and reliable.
