A cogestão e a inclusão na formação de apoiadores da Política Nacional de Humanização nos territórios do Rio Grande do Sul

The study started from a research outline about Humanization Training of SUS: Effects assessment of training processes of institutional supporters on health production in the territories of Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina and Sao Paulo. It presents an analysis on "Co- management" and "Inclusion", in three training courses, for supporters of the National Policy on Management and Care Humanization of SUS (PNH) performed between 2008 and 2010. Participatory and evaluative research of the fourth generation, with qualitative and multicentric institutional nature, developed between 2011 and 2014. Data collection was carried out in three steps: document analysis of Intervention Plans (PIs) produced by the supporters at the end of the course, application of electronic questionnaires-interviews and focus groups with the supporters. In the process of data analysis, the category exercise of co-management, experienced in the training process of PNH, became evident. The goal was to understand how the processes of Co-management and Inclusion occurred and were noticed, during and after the training process, for the supporters. Results indicated that the courses triggered reflections on co-management and inclusion importance, on daily work. However, supporters could not get significant changes in the management modes, understanding that co-management and inclusion are individuals' ways of valuing. The manager's figure is quoted several times as an important actor in the process and associated with both progress and backlash. There was an internal movement of teams, and meetings for cases discussion were pointed out as moments of encounter and discussion.
