Collapsible container and apparatus for opening and closing same

A collapsible container according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a lower panel; an upper panel provided parallel to the lower panel; first and second side panels which are connected rotatable to the upper panel and the lower panel at the top and bottom ends thereof along the longitudinal direction of the upper panel and the lower panel, and are configured to be bent towards the inward direction of the collapsible container; and a front panel and a rear panel which are connected rotatable to the lower panel along the width direction of the lower panel. Also, an apparatus of opening and closing a collapsible container comprises: a body; an upper fixation part which is provided on the upper portion of the body to fix the upper portion of the collapsible container; front and rear opening and closing parts which are provided on the upper portion of the body to open and close the front panel or the rear panel of the collapsible container; and lifting/lowering-opening/closing parts which lift and lower the upper fixation part to lift and lower the upper panel and the side panels of the collapsible container.
