Novel cooling pipe for engine radiator

2010
The utility model relates to a cooling pipe for an engine radiator, in particular to a novel cooling pipe of an engine radiator and a production method thereof. The cooling pipe comprises a tin-immersed surface, an undercut pipe opening, a pipe opening seal tin-welded layer and the like. The cooling pipe is characterized in that a tin layer is arranged on the outer surface of the cooling pipe, the inner surface of the cooling pipe is free of a tin layer, two pipe opening ends of the cooling pipe are formed into a 90-degree fold and a 180-degree fold through the undercut process, the 90-degree fold and the 180-degree fold of the pipe openings are jointed with each other, and three sealing tin layers are formed in the middle of jointed gaps of the folds of the two pipe openings. The novel cooling pipe has the advantages of reducing thermal resistance of the cooling pipe, reducing waste of tin materials and simultaneously being capable of preventing leakage of fluid in the cooling pipe effectively.
